My Stats: Week Four

Weight: 229
-2 pounds
It's a loss, I'll take it! However, I hope this gain/loose cycle stops b/c I'm getting nowhere!

Good for you! I am also working to lose weight and I have found food is my biggest issue. I am trying the free 7 day trial at CalorieKing.com to record my calories. They have all the food you can imagine and they keep track for you. Thought I'd pass it along!

Hi there! I found you through Danielle's blog makeover site--I was attracted by the pink, I think :)

Anyway, I really felt like I was reading my own words while I went back and read yours. I would love to be a health buddy for you, and you for me! I've been trying, although not very hard, to lose just as much weight. I have no motivation and no energy at all. If faced with the choice to sleep or exercise--sleep wins every time!!

If you have a chance to stop by my blog and read awhile, you'll see I started back in january as part of the new year's resolution garbage and actually lost 15 pounds! I have since put it all back on and am just plain miserable.

But, good for you for wanting to make a change!
